Panache Apparel came to us looking to shift their brand to speak to both their existing wholesale customers and their new target audience, direct consumers. The shift required refining their personality, voice, and visual direction to resonate more personally while still honoring the foundation they had built.

We began by defining how the brand should feel and sound to the individual, then pulled from past collections and future releases to shape a cohesive visual identity that would guide the rest of the brand system. The identity includes multiple marks inspired by early industrial design (a nod to the roots of apparel manufacturing) and is built to flow seamlessly across merch and packaging.

The transformation carried through to a fully reimagined Shopify website designed to immerse visitors in the world of Panache. Detailed animations, flickering crown icons, a custom lookbook for their latest launch, and collage-style collection pages create a dynamic, scroll-driven experience that brings the brand’s energy to life.
